Students Help Students With New Technologies

Steven Bell from the The Kept-Up Academic Librarian blog has an interesting post how more and more universities are hiring students to help other students with day to day maintenance of technology.

At Stanford, University of California-Berkeley and dozen other academia they are the first point person for students, who have problems with their laptops, wireless connection or retrieving a file. To learn more read the article from the Belleville News Democrat.
