WorldCat Adds Personal Profiles

My WorldCat Accounts with new personal profiles is the latest offer from WorldCat. It is now possible to save your favorite books in to personalized lists and share them with other users. All you need to do is get an e-mail address to create a free WorldCat account.

"Lists can be public—which allows other WorldCat users to search for and discover them—or private so only the list author can view them"

If OCLC is going Web 2.0 I think that other biggies in the library industry need to follow.
