Looking For A Library Job, Check 100+ Job Resources for Librarians

It is hard to find a job now, if you are librarian graduate, so I decided to blog about job resources for librarians.

Alisa Miller has an interesting post about "100+ Job Resources for Librarians" , hosted by the CollegHome blog. In the past we have covered posts on the CollegeHome blog related to search engines and writers.

The guide lists librarian jobs resources by general search sites, academic library jobs, specific types of library positions (law, medical), specific U.S. locations
(New York metropolitan area) and international opportunities. Job listervs, library agency listings and a section for professional development information (with librarian job requirements, interview questions and certification requirements) are also available.

I looked at some of the sites within the "international opportunities" category and was impressed with the results. Alisa Miller’s extensive guide should be a bookmark for every librarian seeking employment.
