Some publishers have been telling public libraries that they are not welcomed in the e-book market but hopefully this battle between ALA an some publishers will be resolved.

Mozilla is building Persona a login system with email address only. To accomplish that Mozilla uses BrowserID, which handles the authentication and encryption of data, and Firefox Sync, for connecting to Mozilla’s servers.

Google is merging Trends And Insights and is expanding the services of gHot Searches list to India, Japan and Singapore.
