There was a buzz last week about a new generation of "Surface Computers" to be introduced by Microsoft.
The new PCs have no keyboard, mouse, cables, or any USB to connect to other devices. Surface Computers communicate with humans, computers and various electronic devices only through their surface.
If you place your cell phone on Microsoft Surface, the computer will recognize it and display information for it. The Surface PC will also automatically download all of your pictures from your phone and you can start dragging and resizing them immediately.

Surface computers can be used in all kinds of retail establishments like restaurants, bars, and hotels. I am sure that some of them will end up in our homes and the "surface technology" will dramatically change the way we interact with computers.
